Shipping Related

We currently only offer standard shipping for all products.

We currently do not offer any gift options for orders made via the Audi Flagship Store. However, if you would like to request for a gift, do reach out to us here

Orders Related

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please reach out to our customer support team here. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that order modifications may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us here immediately. We will assist you in updating the address, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to change the address.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to initiate an investigation with our courier provider and assist you in resolving the matter to the best of our abilities.

Product Related

The size options are stated in the product page and you will receive a reminder to select a size when adding the item to your cart.

Service Related

To make a service appointment, we offer the convenience of the Audi Service App, which is available for download on both the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices.

By downloading the app, you gain access to a user-friendly platform that allows you to easily schedule your service appointment directly from your mobile device. After submitting your appointment request through the app, our dedicated service team will promptly review your request.

Your Audi needs to be serviced every 12 months or 15,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) with a tolerance of 30 days or 1,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).

The service interval display will appear when the next service is due for your Audi. A Service Reminder will be sent out from Premium Automobiles accordingly to your preferred communication channel. There are 2 service interval display levels:

1. Inspection or oil change reminder: After a certain mileage, a service reminder will appear in the instrument cluster display each time the ignition is switched on/off. The distance or time remaining will be shown briefly.

2. Inspection or oil change due: When your Audi is due for an inspection, oil change or both, the corresponding reminder Inspection due!, Oil change due! or Oil change and inspection due! will appear briefly after you switch the ignition on/off.

You can check the distance and time remaining until the next oil change and next service inspection through:

1. MMI Home Screen By selecting CAR > Settings & service > Service intervals or on the Instrument cluster whichever applicable

2. myAudi App - By selecting on Service topics after selecting your vehicle and it will be reflected under Service campaigns
- Tip: you can also activate the Automatic service reminder to ensure a service is never missed

Return and exchanges

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging, unwashed and unworn.

Return/exchange are applicable to item(s) with manufacturing defects.

Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days after receiving your item(s). After 7 days, your return/exchange may not be processed.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You can drop by the Audi Service Centre to request for a return or exchange.
